Dream it
It all starts with a collaboration of our dreams and visions for your space. We believe communication is the key. At our initial meeting, we will discuss your goals, ideas and plans. Together, we will determine your priorities and capture your vision.
Design
Gathering your ideas and requirements, we will refine, enhance and develop preliminary plans. The plan is then modified and refined until we get the sign off from you.
Budget
When the design is finalized, we can assist you on making selections. This integral part of our building process includes selections of appliances, cabinets, lighting fixtures, counter tops, wall finishes, tile patterns and floor coverings, etc.
Permitting
Once your design is finalized and the plans are drafted, SMP Construction will submit them to the appropriate building/planning departments for approval and permitting. Depending on the complexity of the project, this may require additional changes in the plans and resubmission for approval before the permits are issued.
Scheduling
Once the Project Contract is approved and signed, the work will be scheduled. With on-site supervision and accurate scheduling, our daily communication with you ensures a smooth running project.
Building
Due to the unique nature of each project, our building process emphasizes ongoing communication and review to emphasize maximum value and satisfaction. We adhere to the schedule and work closely with our clients to proactively identify where and when concerns might arise. Maintaining a clean job site is a priority throughout the entire building process.
